Initial releases of this simulator were issued by logicaCMG. We have extended and fixed many of the issues that were there in the initial release by logicaCMG. You will be able to download basic version from Project Home once after announced here on this Blog.
Simulator has been extended to send/receive messages by connecting a GSM Modem to your computer and simulator messages that your application will send to this SMSC, will be sent out through the attached Modem/phone. This will be released very soon.

I would like to know what version of the SMPP protocol does this simulator use... v3.3 or v3.4?
